We believe that training is the key to the quality of our forklift operators. Having our own training centre in the heart of Leicester we can ensure that this happens, all the staff at the MHE training centre are qualified ITSSAR instructors and have many years of experience, we are able to train and test all our forklift operators to the highest standards before being placed.

We believe that having multi skilled FLT Operators enables us to deliver a higher quality of personnel tailored for your needs so that you can utilise your resources within Logistical centres.

Forklift Training

At MHE Recruitment we understand that Warehouse Operatives require a forklift licence.

To address this, we have introduced our own forklift-training scheme, which is offered at a reduced rate of charge to both temporary and permanent personnel. Terms and Conditions apply.

We have our own ITSSAR accredited instructors who train basic Counterbalance, Reach, VNA etc. In the last 20 months we have trained 680 clients, who are now the core of our personnel. All are fully conversant with most MHE equipment, meaning that all our personnel can be utilised into whatever role is required: whether it be loading, unloading, shunting, putaways, bulk picking etc.
