Pre use checks and maintenance, instrument and control
recognition and safe driving of All Terrain Vehicles
(Quad bikes or Mules). Includes manoeuvering the vehicle
on rough terrain, slopes and reversing with a trailer.
This is not a driving licence. |

AFLT02 Certificate of Competence in Forklift Truck
Operations
|
Safe driving of a forklift truck, pre use maintenance
and safety checks, recognition of controls and instruments.
Forklift is driven around a suitable course and operator
required to move and stack various loads. Certificate
is endorsed according to type of machine used. Either
Industrial Counterbalance or Rough Terrain Masted Forklift
or Telescopic Materials Handler. The associated differences
between uses, operation and maintenance of the machines
are covered in the assessment. This is not a driving
licence.
